The name of a meet you are hosting must follow this format:
YEAR-Month-Day (Your Gym Short Name) (Local or Invite) (Levels)
Example: 2021-10-15 CT-NewEra Local 4-6 & XCEL
Gym Information
The most important thing is that the short name MUST BE correct. There are NO SPACES in short names. The official name should be the name on the website. The rest of the info is up to you, but copying the info from the CT website would be wise.

Exporting & Submitting PTF Files

- Export
- ProScore Transfer File
- Browse
- Choose Desktop (or any folder), then name the file using the meet naming convention:
YYYY-MM-DD CT-GymName Local 4-6&PO - Save
- Export
- Right-click on the file (usually on Desktop)
- Click Send to → Compressed (Zipped) Folder
